In person, "Mega Drive RF 100" shader preset, near enough matches the image I have on my Trinitron. Not at a phosphor level (obviously), but at a general distance. I really hope that doesn't sound arrogant...but it's true. Colour saturation, fuzziness and blur. If you enable HDR, then the gamma/luminocity will match too.
