Vincent Arno has chosen his life over anything else.
As a young man who still conveniently lives with his parents, he has no expenses, no responsibilities and no ambition whatsoever to leave and make a life of his own.
He lives day by day, comfortably getting by with doing the bare minimum in the family business, while spending all his earnings on meaningless items and evenings with friends.
Indifferent to the kind of person he has become, he blames his lack of accomplishments on anything but himself, but deep within he doesn't really care anymore.
And yet... Vincent sees himself as a good guy, unaware that doing the right thing takes way more than just believing you're not doing the wrong thing.
On the day of his 27th birthday, trapped in a mysterious twisted room, an unknown figure offers him a choice: take matters into his own hands or simply keep on rotting, until death.
