Tips that help dealing with depression easier.
- Eat healthier (fruits & veggies)/change diet
- Exercise regularly/pick up a new hobby
- Practice meditation and yoga
- Get 8+ hours of sleep each day
- Tell someone (close friend or family member)
- Consider into seeing a counselor/therapist
- Take a break from social media and focus on yourself
- See a psychiatrist for medication to possibly help
- Listen to classical/orchestra music
- Take a vacation/travel/hike with friends/family or alone
- Find a new job if your current work is stressing you out
- Stop hanging around toxic individuals
- Spend time with loved ones (family, friends & pets)
- Be nice to people so you can receive that same energy back
