Receiver Let's Play #3 - More than just guns.
4Receiver has a very unique mechanic where you have to manually load the gun but it is not the only thing which makes it special. Bots function piece by piece, they spin, have a sensor, and of course fire bullets and each piece can be destroyed. There is more to receiver than just that though besides the guns and that is shown in this video.
Receiver was created for the 7-day FPS challenge to explore gun handling mechanics, randomized levels, and unordered storytelling. Armed only with a handgun and an audio cassette the player must uncover the secrets of the Mindkill in a building complex infested with automated turrets.
