Record Store Day 2015 @ Rabbitfoot Records
3Record Store Day was conceived in 2007 at a gathering of independent record store owners and employees as a way to celebrate and spread the word about the unique culture surrounding nearly 1400 independently owned record stores in the US and thousands of similar stores internationally.Special vinyl and CD releases and various promotional products are made exclusively for the day and hundreds of artists in the United States and in various countries across the globe make special appearances and performances.
Rabbitfoot Records & Coffee Lounge in Sanford, Florida is one of the stores in Central Florida participating in this years event. 2015 wound up being one of their biggest events yet (with people lined up around the block). In this video, Rabbitfoot owner Robert Wallace discusses his thoughts on Record Store Day 2015.
