Description:

The non-zombie enemies here can be defeated with Cleansing Light easily, and Cleansing Light doesn't cost MP, so if used well, you can save MP. It also doesn't have any effect on the story like fists did back in the dice game. Speaking of, it turns out the normal ending is canon, not the fist ending, which really sucks for those of us who went through the trouble of getting the latter.
Zombie enemies are immune to cleansing light and can cover for allies, but Cleansing Light ignores aggro drawing mechanics.

Mirrorlake has us surrounded and questions why she should follow us instead of the stronger Darknight. Gloria makes her case by pointing out that King Dawn gave her the Unifier. She also reveals Darknight's brainwashing magic and how despite Bambooblade got brainwashed, she never abandoned him.
Mirrorlake joins the party, but make sure to buy a book upgrade for her because she relies on the POW stat. She has a healing spell, but it only heals for 15 HP and doesn't scale to any stat. Sadge.
Chrysoberyl writes back adn reveals that she's in a similar situation, which means both incidents are likely orchestrated by Dark Lord Spiderweb.

There are now elite warriors who always charge up before doing a triple attack. Therefore, using Charge on the first turn is a bad idea.

Even though she looks like a mage, she actually uses a combination of cover and warcry to protect and buff her elite warriors. You need to save Charge for turn 2 and instead use defense down so that Cleansing Light becomes a OHKO for the elites.
