Usually I'd just have "Challenge: Hunting" in the title, but if I google "how to recruit Vissarion" I actually find nothing, I guess the game is too niche. So I figured I'd title this such so if somebody googles it they have a chance of finding the right answer with this video
All I did was fight Vissarion in Chapter 21 using Valeria, where he surrenders
So I don't know if this was an optional recruit I completely accidentally met the conditions for, or what
