We need to put the skull obtained in last location in the recruitment office, we follow Pablo to the place, but he has forgot the key so we get it for him from his office. We open the vault and place the skull, and also get an artefact part next door.

4:18 - Get the vault key from the office.
8:16 - Return to Pablo and open vault.
10:12 - Place the skull, quest complete.
