It's not a big deal, but you may have noticed in allies mission 5...
If you capture the radar dome, a second chinook helicopter appears with the mission objective "get Tanya to the helicopter".
You may think you can edit rules.ini file to make Tanya "buildable" in this mission.
But main.mix/general.mix/scg05ea.ini overrides some settings about the mission.
You need to unzip this file into Red Alert's directory and edit it in order to make Tanya "buildable" in this mission.
Notice, that prerequisite has to be barr (soviet barracks) instead of tent (allied barracks), and owner has to be "soviet" or "allies,soviet" instead of "allies". Because in this mission, you have to capture a soviet construction yard, and you are unable to build allied barracks.
Certainly this mission has other 2 versions, if you want to edit those, you need to unzip scg5eb.ini or scg5ec.ini files.
When you get a Tanya to the second helicopter, nothing special happens.
