With the advent of V3 Launchers dominating with their range and firepower, the Robot Tank can make a cost-effective flank unit since Robot Tanks are not a high priority target for heavier Soviet vehicles. Robot Tanks can't be shot down as fast as jets against Flak weaponry as well.
