The Navy SEAL is an anti-infantry and anti-building specialist. They are a common choice to face Soviet infantry (especially Boris) and to destroy enemy structures from the inside. In a public game, you will rarely get coordination with your team, but so does the enemy team. If the enemy team was not paying attention, one SEAL can destroy a building on their own.
In hindsight, perhaps I would have gotten more success in raiding enemy bases with a Nighthawk, since not only more SEALs/Tanya can join in, but also the Nighthawk is invisible in the minimap, so they would not see the raid coming until they spot the Nighthawk itself.
