Battle Bunkers are structures that were added to the Soviet Factions in Yuri's Revenge. It is an excellent defensive structure which costs $500 and can be garrisoned with basic infantry.

Soviets have the weakest basic infantry unit and yet the Battle Bunker can still be a great defensive building. If you can combine it with Allied Gis or even better with Yuri's Initiates, the power of this structure increases a lot.
Initiates inside buildings are completely overpowered able to tear literally anything in seconds.

In Red Alert 2 units weren't able to gain promotions while killing stuff inside a structure and this was changed in Yuri's Revenge. Now garrisoned infantry will normally gain promotions upon killing enemies. Lastly, you don't need to evacuate the units for the promotion to take effect.
