When I heard that there will be an online Red Bull Art of Motion competition this year, I took that as an opportunity. I haven't done any freerunning line of this difficulty level in way too long. In the past years, I went through a lot of fails/injuries that got me out of training for multiple months and I couldn't gain the confidence to come back for the past 2-3 years. Now with that submission I challenged myself to do the best I could with the skills I still have. I am very happy I was able to complete a full submission without any injuries. I can't say I'm back, but I can say I am satisfied with my abilities. At almost 30 y/o now, my main goal is to perform at a level that still challenges me while taking care of my body so I can continue to play parkour as long as possible. Thanks to everyone who supported me. Especially my Minou Tam and her unlimited patience and love. ❤️
