Strategy and tips:
This is easy enough once you know-how. Use your horse to get down to the soldier's camp quickly - this makes it much easier to beat the time. It's possible to get down on foot but much more likely you will fail. Then follow the route shown moving in crouch/stealth mode to avoid being spotted - you don't have to knock anyone out. This will also get you rewarded with a special trinket as well as a gold medal.

Offer to help captain Munroe to unlock an additional mission, "Honour amongst Thieves."
