1. Complete the mission without taking any health items
2. Kill 2 Pinkertons during the Dead Eye ambush
3. Get at least 70% accuracy with the Gatling Gun
4. Get 5 headshots with the Gatling Gun

Strategy and tips:
This would technically be easy to fail but is simple if you prepare correctly: make sure you have your Dead Eye full, or tonics in reserve, for the section where you get on the Gatling Gun. To kill two Pinkertons during the ambush you simply need to tag several before you start firing, it's quite easy to get 4 or 5 of them, however. Then when on foot you don't need to worry about time, accuracy, or headshots at all. Then when you get on the Gatling Gun, use your Dead Eye to fire single shots at the head. Once you've got 5 headshots, plus maybe an extra two to be certain, go for body shots to be sure of the accuracy stat. If you approach the mission like that, you should have no problem.
