Strategy and tips:
Not difficult if you are doing the main play-through and have a stock of Dead Eye tonics. You can also eat some thyme seasoned big game before you start which will give you a gold Dead Eye core that will last for most of the mission - just don't take it after you start or you will fail. This helps because you must get a lot of headshots (30) without missing, so avoiding running out of Dead Eye will be key to success.

If you avoid running out of Dead Eye, your main risk is actually failing the mission as much as the gold objectives, so keep the following in mind:
When you pass through the train, be ready to kill the guy fighting Paytah on the left, but you should have time to take out the more immediate threats first. Also make sure you stay ahead of Eagle Flies outside the factory and keep yourself between him and the enemies because if he dies here, you fail. Also, pull the trigger on Colonel Favours as soon as your reticle passes over him - you cannot re-aim for a headshot, and if you are too slow he will get you first.

But mostly, this is all about getting accurate headshots, and quickly before other gang members off them. With plenty of Dead Eye, it's actually pretty easy, especially if you conserve the bar by only using it to tag the head, and deactivate to re-target (i.e. only get one bad guy at a time). But if you're trying on a replay, this will be hard unless you have an excellent aim.
