Arthur accompanies Trelawny to Rhodes to speak to Alden Carruthers at the post office for tips on stagecoaches worth stealing. They exchange money for information on a stagecoach due to pass through Siltwater Strand. Alden also mentions another clerk in Strawberry who might have similar information.
On their way to Siltwater Strand, Arthur expresses reluctance about returning to Strawberry due to the trouble he caused there. Trelawny reassures him, noting that few would remember Arthur after the town massacre. They discuss the gang's growing notoriety and their hopes for freedom.
At Siltwater Strand, Trelawny advises a non-violent approach to robbing the coach. He distracts the opera singer, Chester Damsen, while Arthur silently opens the strongbox using a lock breaker. After securing the money, they split the take.
Gold Medal Objectives include completing the mission without being spotted and finishing within 8 minutes and 10 seconds.
