1. After arriving in Strawberry, locate the bounty within 30 seconds
2. After mounting your horse, catch and hogtie the bounty within 1 minute 15 seconds


Strategy and tips:
Both time limits are reasonably doable. To locate the bounty, go straight to the hotel, know which room to go to, and do not stop to talk to anyone - although the camera will try to angle to the hotel owner, do not engage with him, just go straight up the stairs. Jump off the balcony to your horse, and pursue as quickly as you can, as long as you can lasso him by the Applewood Timbre Company site where Sadie comes in to cut him off you'll be fine for the second time. I would not try to be clever and shoot the horse out from under him to catch him quicker - when I did that he died as the horse fell on him.
