A Linux gameplay benchmark recorded with a capture card showing the Radeon RX 6600 XT running Red Dead Redemption 2 on Ubuntu 20.04.3 HWE using Proton 7.0-1. Testing low, medium, high, and ultra settings at 1080p. (The audio volume is a bit low on this recording.)

Note: Since this graphics card was in my capture PC, I captured using a secondary computer, which wasn't quite fast enough to capture at 60 FPS all the time. So the video will at times stutter a bit due to that, but if the FPS display in the upper left corner shows a solid 60+ then that's what you would be getting.

Based on this benchmark, the RX 6600 XT can run the game at 70+ FPS with high settings. With ultra settings, the FPS was generally around 50, except for averaging 30 near water. The card should be able to achieve an average of 60+ FPS with most settings on ultra but e.g. volumetric resolution, volumetric lighting, and water quality on high.
