This is one slow-paced game. I did a couple of missions in the two hours and got briefly stuck for about 10 minutes when I tried saving Mary Linton's brother from committing suicide. I had disabled the display hud. I guess I didn't realize it would also disable the reticle which made aiming to shoot the gun out of his hand impossible. I didn't think I would be able to turn it back on after attempting to open options a few times. Then finally I was able to turn on options enable the HUD and finally get all my hints and the reticle.

It is no secret that I hate boss battles. Thinking about Red Dead 2, I realized I haven't had any boss battles. Because of that, I am enjoying this game immensely. That isn't to say that there aren't things that really annoy me. For instance, coming across members of the O'Driscoll gang is annoying. Wolves are annoying. Falling off my horse is annoying. The waypoint directions can be annoying. One of my waypoints had me jumping off a cliff. But the game is so pretty so that kinda makes up for all those annoying elements.
