-Find the skeleton CULT LEADER at the desk. There's a note nearby talking about thetans or whatever. The BIG CLUE is on there, though; SOMETHING HAPPENS AT 2:00 AM.
-Come back to HAM'S BETHEL at 2:00 AM exactly! If you sleep until NIGHT at a CAMP, you'll wake up at 12:00 AM, so just sleep nearby and come back and wait out those last 2 hours.
-I'm not sure if you need to go inside first to trigger this, but either way, keep an eye on the sky when you see a mysterious green light!
