I did the comparison test again. Because last test "Red Dead Redemption 2 - RX 580 | DirectX 12 vs Vulkan" was incorrect. Vulkan did not work at full capacity. The culprit was the Action Mirillis program for recording video (Steam license). Action! conflicts with Vulcan.

The difference between Vulkan and DX 12 is especially strong starting at 1:59.
