Molly tries to talk to Arthur about Dutch but is interrupted by Uncle who tells Arthur about a wagon coach that he plans to rob, managing to get Charles and Bill involved as well. However, the wagon turns out to be owned by Leviticus Cornwall's oil company, Cornwall Kerosene & Tar, the fact that makes the situation bad due to the gang's recent shootout with Cornwall's men in Valentine. However, the situation takes turn for even worse when Cornwall's armed riders appear, forcing four outlaws to ride for their lives, eventually finding a shelter in an barn where they remain until the nightfall. However, just as they prepare to head out and leave the area, Cornwall's men appear, starting to search the area with Bill accidentally alerting two of them as they investigate the barn, provoking a violent shootout during which the barn catches on fire, forcing four men to escape and try to hide in an nearby woods...
