After our brave actions defending the train from the Rebels, then retaking the train from the Rebels, we finally meet Colonel Agustin Allende. He isn't as impressive as everyone De Santa says he is. Colonel Allende uses us to capture a city from rebel control, and abduct all of its young girls. This man is a monster, I feel like we will confront him in a later episode.
