Not a whole lot you can do for a good combo on this level and aiming while on a horse is VERY hard. Main thing would be, to shoot the first lever and jump back on your horse to spawn the next window guys. Then, try to combo all the available enemies in that section. The second section doesn't seem worth the combo, although the two guys on horses do keep spawning, but they take forever between dying and respawning..
