UPDATE 25/6/2023: I forgot to film the part where you will need to wait 5 mins holding the gun at the administrator for him to drop his keycard you can take from him, Most of the video is correct on how to trigger the set piece. I don't know why but thats how the game is designed, You will need to be patient for this bit to happen. I aplogize for not bringing up that bit sooner. Didn't think about it at the time
On your way to getting to Capek, You need the keycard to get to his lair but you there is another way of getting to keycard without spilling blood on the desk.
