Part 6 of my full playthrough of Back To The Future: The Game. After getting captured by Edna Strickland and put into the Citizen Plus program, Marty must find a way to escape. Through the help of his dad, his girlfriend, a guard uniform and the power of his rocking guitar, he manages to escape with Citizen Brown in tow. They then manage to find the DeLorean and use it to time travel back to 1931. Their goal is to break up young Emmett and Edna so the alternate timeline never comes to pass. To do this, Marty has to make Emmett seem like the exact opposite of the person Edna thinks he is.
So Marty messes with his invention, the Mental Alignment Meter (M.A.M.) to make him look like he has the personality of a criminal, then convinces Trixie to act like she and Emmett were having an affair behind Edna's back, and use a strong solvent to destroy his suit which was a gift from her. Before he goes through with the final stages of his plan, Marty tells Citizen Brown how Edna ends up sad and alone, and he starts to question whether or not they should go through with it. So everything works out and Edna ends the relationship with Emmett. However, this sends Emmett into a deep depression to the point he is now apathetic. Thanks to some reverse psychology, Marty manages to spark his love for science again and complete the experiment that will lead him to his discovery of time travel in the future. In the meantime, Citizen Brown picks up the distraught Edna in the DeLorean and seems to have plans of his own.
