During the mission "One of Us" you have to infiltrate the Bladewell Campgrounds. Depending what actions you take, you may unlock three different achievements in three separate playthroughs:
- poisoning the Bellkeeper’s blood offering grants the "Sepsis" achievement
- killing a friendly cultist grants the "So Anyway I Started Blasting" achievement
- reaching the end of the infiltration grants the "Bloody Initiate" achievement

Thanks to the "file save deletion" method, you can obtain all the achievements in the same playthrough without having to play the game three times.

How does it works:
1. As soon as the "Sepsis" achievement pops, press the HOME button.
2. Scroll down to Redfall and press the OPTION button.
3. Select "Manage game and add-ons".
4. Click "Save Data".
5. Click your Gamertag.
6. click DELETE FROM CONSOLE.
7. Restart the game. During loading screen, save file will be synchronized / downloaded from the cloud and you should be at the Maritime Center.
8. Start the mission again and go for the "So Anyway I Started Blasting" achievement.
9. Once it pops, repeat steps 2-7.
10. Start the mission once again and this time go for the "Bloody Initiate" achievement.

You have to be very careful when deleting the save file from your console. If you pick the option DELETE IT EVERYWHERE, you'll have to start the game from scratch.
