Redfall - "Empty Nest Syndrome" achievement can be acquired while exploring the vampires' nests. It is advisable to unlock the achievement early on the game because the nests get much harder as the game progress.

Enter the nest and make you way towards the heart without waking or killing any vampires. Don't use your gun, just crouch and be careful while passing between / under the blue beams. Once you reach the heart, untether "Nest Victims" and then shoot or melee the heart to destroy it. Achievement should pop after doins so.

Vampires spawn in different locations each time so make sure you always know where they are. If you are spotted, exit to the main menu and restart the mission or find another nest.
