It's a topic that I've deliberately avoided because I hate drawing conclusions from stuff where I'm a variable. But I'm happy that the findings are conclusive enough, even if I don't understand why they're as big as they are in some cases. Long story short: Lowest input lag + highest refresh rate = best reflex time. But you'll still be slower than everybody else in CS:GO.

See my review of the 180 Hz Asus here, which shows how smooth movement is at higher refresh rates: https://youtu.be/k0CVI5-sOn8
0:00 - Theory and how I tested
1:00 - 60 VS higher Hz
2:05 - Response time / ghosting
2:38 - Overdrive tested
3:28 - Input lag
4:00 - 60 Hz VS 30
4:23 - TVs and 23 Hz lololol
5:09 - Conclusion

I've only covered the monitor in this video, since it seems to be the major component that can contribute to delay.
