Refunct: 2:40-2:43 Second Barrier Break Comparison
72 years ago, I would have never thought that a new second barrier break could happen so quickly. However, many things have changed in the run that made it happen. New timesaves on 1, 9, and 23 were found. Players are now willing to grind pit clip. A map editor was released which allowed MiningPie to create a cube timings practice method that revolutionized how players practice. And players obviously put in a bonkers amount of work, ultimately resulting in the first 2:40 by smythe. Absolutely insane
