I have 100% chance to hit on the boss on all characters and he didn't dodge at all, yet I fail to get that challenge completed. He did resist one slow effect from the item throw though (with passive 20% chance to resist any effect), but nowhere does the objective define resisting as a category for failure, so I don't think that's the problem.

And this is not the only bugged one. I have had several cases where I'm very certain of avoiding any fail conditions (as far as the text implies) but I still don't get the challenge marked as completed. This was not the first "successful" challenge kill of this particular boss neither. I decided to record the gameplay just to double check the footage whether it's my mistake or not, and indeed appears to be a bug. It's quite frustrating to try a 100% challenge run with all the restarts due to bugs. But after coming this far, it would also be disappointing to give up. I want to figure out these hidden failure triggers somehow and find a way to avoid them. Something is telling me it's not worth the trouble though. ;]
