One last thing. As I was editing this I discovered yet another threat to net neutrality appear, but didn't have the time to mention it in this video. A Republican senator introduced a bill titled the "Open Internet Preservation Act". This bill does claim to codify the basics of net neutrality, however it also allows ISPs to engage in paid prioritization (a very controversial anti-NN practice) as well as forbids individual states as well as the FCC from creating NN-related regulations in the future. It's a "one step forward, two steps back" kind of bill, and I would be wary of it.
