The initial retail version, and later releases for Steam and GOG of Neighbours from Hell 2 have the audience laughter and applause sound effects to be missing when Woody sets up a prank or when Rottweiler falls into his traps. I decided to investigate to see if they were removed, but these sfx are still there within files inside the "data" folder.

Fortunately there is a patch available for the retail that fixed some problems, one of them is to restore audience sound effects. It turns out that when the game was initially released, JoWood shipped a bugged version of "GameLogic.dll" that caused these sounds to not play. They later fixed it with the said patch, BUT when THQ re-released NFH2 for Steam and GOG, they forgot to include the newer version of the DLL. Unfortunately the patch doesn't work with the re-releases, so I decided to just take the file and upload it here to restore justice once and for all.

Before download, you should take note that this fix ONLY applies to the original version of Neighbours from Hell 2, as the Back from Hell remaster used a completely different engine, and doesn't have said issue. I tested with GOG and retail version and confirm to be working. No ideas about the Steam one, but that version should also work. And if you already don't have this problem, then you shouldn't download this fix to avoid potential errors.
