Remnant 2 // Sha'Hala (Spectral) - Revival Loop Build (Alchemist-Medic) - Coop Apocalypse
Been playing a bunch more coop recently, which means I've been dipping into more support builds than usual - here's one I've been enjoying quite a bit. It's another Provisioner + Devloop mashup, but this time, we're using it to reset our Redemption and Living Will skills. Taking the Devloop route means even as a support build, we don't have to sacrifice damage for our skill uptime - investing in crits will do both.
You might be thinking - don't those skills have 3 minute revive cooldowns for each player? Well that's why we're taking both - since their internal cooldowns are separate, we'll have at least 2 free revives per player within those 3 minutes. The Devloop procs also mean we can more freely use Living Will preemptively, just before phases where you think it's more likely for someone to go down.
The biggest strength of this setup though is unlocking Redemption as a healing tool. Redemption's healing potential is majorly slept on - while it's mostly used as a revive tool, its heals are very powerful too, healing the whole team for up to to 300% over 10s when fully charged i.e. 30% heallth per second. That level of HPS means you can just facetank certain phases and focus on putting out that damage instead. When you're dealing with the default 120s cooldown, you usually want to hold onto it in case you need a revive, but with Devloop and a 2nd revive in reserve, you can use it much more freely.
Shout-out to Yuria for the run - would have preferred her to be downed more so I could show off the revives, but she was just too pro...

Archetypes:
- With so much heals on offer, we don't really need more relics so we'll get more out of Alchemist Prime with Living Will, Medic 2nd with Redemption.
Weapons & Mods:
- We're looking high ROF full autos again to get the most out of Devloop - I've gone with the Chicago Typewriter for the free mod slot and lack of overheat management. As with my last swap loop build, I'm taking SMG as the secondary, using Momentum & Overflow on the primary, and Deadly Calm & Corrosive Rounds for the secondary, to keep their Crit Rates in touching distance of each other.
Trinkets:
- Devloop and Provisioner Ring are cornerstones of the build. Provisioner will load both your guns when charging up Redemption, (NB: Provisioner Ring's UI is bugged as of the latest patch, it is still reloading but will only update the numbers when you fire the first shot).
- Without any Hunter Crit bonuses, Nightweaver's Grudge and Akari Warband (or Braided Thorns when mobbing) will be crucial for bringing up our Crit Rate to 95% / 90% for our two guns, keeping those Devloop procs coming.
- Probability Cord or Zania's are our damage options, pick depending on how much you'll be hitting those weakspots.
Traits:
- Ammo Reserves for the faster Provisioner reloads
- Amplitude for the extra range on Nightweaver's Grudge, Redemption and Living Will
- Flash Caster for the faster charging on Redemption
- Spirit for more elemental shot uptime.
- Vigor, Fortify and Barkskin for survivability.
Consumables:
- Mudtooth's Tonic and Bark Extract for extra tankiness.
Relic:
- Salvaged Heart is exceptional for medics - since we absorb a lot more hits than other archetypes as grey health, that means salvaged heart is usually going to be a full heal, whilst enjoying a +50% use speed bonus too.
Armour:
- Your choice, though I recommend going at least Heavy for this - with this combination I have my DR at 60.9 and my HP at 155, i.e. 396 EHP - high enough to tank most one-shots here, while still heavy rolling. Feel free to go higher and swap things out if you want more room for error.
Playstyle:
- Feel free to pop Living Will as you come out the fog wall to cover your whole team for the first 20-30s (dipping back into the cloud refreshes it).
- Try to keep one elemental shot active at all times to proc Nightweaver's Grudge. Swap instead of reloading to keep up those hits.
- When you have both skills up, feel free to one of the skills just before a particularly dangerous phase. Note that your skills will stow your weapons, letting you reload both at the same time - particularly useful during Redemption's charge up animation.
- Keep one skill ready as backup in case anyone goes down - if one has already been used to revive a teammate, try and keep the other skill in reserve.
