Remnant: From the Ashes | Episode #9 | A Quest for a Queen
0Decades into the future, the world has been ravaged by a race or tree monstrosities known as the Root. A single warrior was sent to combat this threat and wipe the Root from the Wards. After defeating their dragon, sending it plummeting into the ocean, the hero disappeared, leaving the world with the rest of the Root. As an outsider, we seek the very tower that the Dragon was slain and to find out what happened to our lost hero. Hopefully finding him can lead to a new way to rid the world of the Root, and untangle our own destiny along the way and the last remnants of the ashes of the old world...
After encountering this new dimension's scourge, it seems like we may have a problem that might just be worse than the Root itself. A single queen of the Iskal has assimilated a planet of people to her own hive mind agenda. She hopes to rid the world of its own guardian just as the Undying King once asked, but instead, she wishes to lure in the Root herself, and use it to give her power. In the hopes of assimilating the Root, she may succeed, but for now, we must continue our quest to find the Founder by all means...

Remnant: From the Ashes is a looter shooter RPG that not only creates a new and dynamic world for every campaign you set out on, but a vast open-world filled with lore and various creatures constantly on the hunt for your demise. This fantasy/dystopia drops you inside a world torn apart by monsters known as the Root; tree-like creatures that are only a small portion of the dangers that lie ahead on your journey. I will be doing a co-op campaign, hopefully to cover all the possible routes and RNG spawns for the game in the process over the course of multiple worlds. With an even mix of melee and ranged combat, as well as a unique upgrading and trait system, this game will have you coming back time and time again as you seek the truth, and a way to save your people!
