Bleed is Crazy, as a damaging dot, as a leech defensive mechanic, and a crit enabler.

So the leech nerf is definitely incoming, but I expect it to still be viable regardless. Also Apologies for rushing on this one, I kind of left most of my descriptions on the sets rather minimal.
