Taking a disk drive out and putting another in is not terribly tough...they do not have tons of screws and they pretty much just slide out, but do make sure you do not catch the cables on anything, most especially the cable that goes to the read write head! And then I will do more testing...to see if things change...for the better or worse...there are strange things going on here...to be sure!
