Renaissance Nerds! This is your prep video for the Roast Beast.

Really not a whole lot to say for the free video. Just keep your blade pointed away from you when you smash that garlic.

Ingredients:
Prime Rib (in the video I use a bone-in Prime, but that is not necessary)
Garlic - about 6 cloves (or 3 Tblsp minced)
Salt - To Taste
Pepper - To Taste
Thyme - about a Tblsp dehydrated - or - 2.5 Tblsp fresh (optional)
Rosemary - about a Tblsp dehydrated - or - 2.5 Tblsp fresh (optional)
