This month we are making some Roast Beast. An homage to Dr. Seuss. All the videos for this month are pretty simple and short... except this one. Oh it is simple, but it is easily the longest video we have this month.

Our sides are Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Butternut Squash.

Ingredients:
3-5 pounds of Potatoes
1 whole Butternut Squash
1 cup of Half and Half (or Whole Milk or Heavy Cream... dealer's choice)
2 sticks of butter (a.k.a. 1 cup of butter)
2 Tablespoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
1/4 cup Beef Fat drippings from the roast
1/4 cup flour
1 Knorr Beef Stock capsule
Water
S & P to taste
