This clear Play It Loud Game Boy I recently picked up with store trade credit had some screen issues and dirt. The screen has these odd blotchy areas that SEEM to be caused by a bad front polarizer....but is it?

The backlight bivert mod helped a bit however it only reinforces the issue at hand.

In this video I attempt for the first time to replace the front polarizer to solve this problem.
