This is a quick video I did to show the process involved in replacing a DSL shell. It's not really a detailed tutorial but more to give an idea of what is involved. It can be a really cheap fix if your DS has a cracked hinge or has generally just seen better days. I would only advise trying this if you are very confident working with and taking apart small electronic devices. All the parts needed can be bought from DealExtreme for just a few dollars.
