The second level of Robbo. It looks so strange; since I never got past the first level when I played this game as a child, it's hard now for me to get used to Robbo being any colour but cyan.

This level is considerably easier than the first, with getting the cola can to the fridge being the only really difficult part. Note the cyan flash after I complete this task; this shows that the level's minimum score has been attained. On Repton Infinity, in order to allow games to have any set of objectives, a level is completed by reaching a minimum score, but the designer is free to choose whether or not to make this equal to the maximum possible score. Here, it is possible to score ten points more than the minimum, so solving this cola can puzzle is not necessary to complete the level.

Another interesting feature of the level is two further potential objectives (repairing the computer and flushing the disk, and putting the second cola can into the fridge) that are in fact impossible to achieve. The minimum score system gives designers free rein to include features like this on levels, and Robbo has quite a few, meaning that the player sometimes has to give careful thought to which tasks should be attempted to reach the minimum score and which are impossible.

The music is Beethoven's "Six Bagatelles", no. 5.
