12I kind of wished he made more parameters before requesting, but still, he's a nice guy, so I did it anyway.
Arcueid by 9:
9's characters used to be notorious for having overpowered damage output, but it seems Arcueid is actually kind of UNDERPOWERED. Not to mention a vast improvement in the once overly tight control. I wonder if 9's other creations have finally gotten the proper update we've been waiting for?
