Our experience in the past year with virtual events has emphasized that planning an event in the virtual world must take into account the span of attention of the audience. We are implementing a new way of bringing content to the virtual audience. We have designed the track to accommodate shorter presentations with more precise takeaways, lively discussions in panels to bring in the voices of the experts in the field, demonstration of technology in innovative ways, and research-based actionable information nuggets for all to benefit from. In this introduction to the track, we will provide a broad overview of what the format of the New Future of Work track looks like. This includes an overview of the themes of the different sessions, explaining the structure and tips for the audience on how to get the best out of this track.
