Begin in a room on floor B1 where you need to kill the hunters. Pick up the dial, go back to the service lift and send it to floor B2. Switch characters, take the dial, go to the locked door and insert the dial to start the puzzle. You must turn the dial (left or right) to input the code 4863. Make sure to confirm each digit by choosing OK.
