The second half of this final boss is easier than the first half, all you have to do is shoot out its eyes that are in the middle of its chest, and don't waste your minigun ammo or you'll run out. As long as you don't waste ammo on its body, you'll be fine, every so often it'll charge at you so just let it hit the wall instead, then pummel it's eyes. A very easy second encounter, I reckon Capcom put it in to create drama and tie things up, it's a good thing that the first half of this final boss is much harder, lol ;)
