Skyrim is a masterpiece of a role playing game, however it had a half baked remaster on Ps4 and X box one, it was just vanilla Skyrim on ultra settings, with a few spinkles on top. But at least the X box version had proper mods, which the Ps4 version didn't thanks to Sony and their tight security laws. Sony won't allow external assets to be used within the modding community, that's the root of the problem, and why you should avoid the PlayStation version like the plague...
