2Welcome to PART 2.1 of my RESIDENT EVIL 2 REMAKE gameplay walkthrough on PS5.

Once in the Operations Room, cut the chains to enter the room below to find a storage room with a workshop desk where you can find some kind of Electronic Gadget.
Inspect the back of the device to reveal that its a Detonator that’s in need of some batteries to work on the C4 up by the library.
