In addition, more Hunters have magically appeared from nowhere, and are trying all sorts of shenanigans in order to score cheap headswipes. None of these attempts work of course, and they're filled with rifle-fire. Well, exept for one of them. That one gets blown up. Ho ho ho.
And so does the hospital.
First the Clock Tower has a helicopter fly into it, and now the hospital gets rigged with C4? This is turning into something of a minigame now; "escape Raccoon City while demolishing landmark buildings".
